Policy-controlled custody vaults with programmable release rules, escrow windows, and multi-party approvals. Governance tooling for institutional asset management - not a yield product.
Assign granular permissions to vault participants. Separate deposit, approval, and release roles so no single party can unilaterally move assets.
Time-locked holds with configurable escrow periods. Assets remain frozen until the release window opens, enforced on-chain with no manual override.
Authorized roles can cancel pending releases or freeze vault activity. Freeze events are logged immutably for audit and compliance review.
Auto-halt vault operations when anomalies are detected - unusual withdrawal patterns, threshold breaches, or validator consensus failures trigger an automatic pause.
Require M-of-N approvals before any release executes. Configurable quorum thresholds ensure no single keyholder can authorize asset movement alone.
Three steps from vault creation to governed release.
Define roles, approval quorums, escrow windows, and circuit breaker thresholds. Policy rules are committed on-chain and immutable once finalized.
Transfer assets into the vault. Deposits are held in escrow under the configured policy. Time locks and freeze controls activate immediately.
When the escrow window opens, authorized signers submit approvals. Assets release only after quorum is met and all policy conditions pass.
Vaults enforce programmatic release governance. JIL does not hold or control deposited assets. All vault policies are user-configured and enforced by on-chain logic. JIL Sovereign provides the tooling - asset custody remains non-custodial.
