Create Your Account
Head to wallet.getjil.com and click Sign Up. You can register with an email and password, or use OAuth sign-in through Google, Apple, Microsoft, or Meta. Every new account receives a 7-day free trial with Elite-level features - no payment information required. During signup, the wallet generates your MPC key shards automatically. There is no seed phrase to write down or store in a drawer. Your keys are split into three shards using multi-party computation, and only two of the three are ever needed to sign a transaction.
MPC Key Generation
When your account is created, the wallet runs a key generation ceremony that splits your private key into three shards. One shard lives on your device, one is held by the JIL key service, and one is stored in a secure recovery vault. This 2-of-3 threshold model means you maintain self-custody without the fragility of a seed phrase. If you lose your device, you can recover access through the recovery shard combined with identity verification. The key generation happens in seconds and is invisible to you - you just start using your wallet.
Enable Two-Factor Authentication
After account creation, navigate to Settings and then Security to enable 2FA. The wallet supports TOTP (time-based one-time passwords) through authenticator apps like Google Authenticator or Authy, as well as WebAuthn passkeys and biometric authentication. Enabling 2FA adds a second layer of verification to every sensitive action - logins, transfers, and security setting changes all require your second factor. Enterprise accounts can enforce 2FA as a policy requirement for all team members.
Make Your First Deposit
With your wallet set up and secured, you can deposit assets. Navigate to the Receive page to find your wallet address and QR code. You can receive JIL tokens, bridged Ethereum assets, or fiat through the on-ramp. If you already hold ETH, USDC, USDT, or other supported tokens on Ethereum, use the Import page to bridge them to the JIL network through the Ethereum bridge. The bridge is secured by the same 70% BFT Sovereign Compliance Network (SCN) validator consensus that powers the settlement layer.
Explore Your Dashboard
Your wallet dashboard shows real-time balances with live prices from CoinGecko, a watchlist for tracking assets, and quick actions for common operations like send, receive, and swap. The activity page provides a complete transaction history with audit-ready receipts. The wallet supports 12 languages including right-to-left layouts for Arabic and Hebrew, and works seamlessly across desktop and mobile browsers.
